A charity race suitable for everyone, with four courses so that everyone can participate according to their abilities.

It is an opportunity to support the actions of the France Alzheimer Côte d'Or association, which helps people affected by the disease (listening platform, activities for sufferers and their families, public awareness),

A time of collective celebration around Lake Kir, a convivial afternoon punctuated with activities.
In parallel to the routes, activities will be proposed in the "Village".

Located at the level of the Lake Kir lock, this gathering place is close to a car park, thus favouring mobility and reference points.

A FA21 information stand (information and awareness-raising on Alzheimer's disease and related disorders).
An "adapted sport" stand, with documentation on the benefits of physical activity and, in parallel, a "balance and throwing" course and a "getting up in case of a fall" workshop.
