Come and (re)discover Marivaux's "Le Jeu de l'amour et du hasard" on 2 and 3 April in a staging focused on the essentials, performed by young but promising amateur actors!
Supported for more than a year by the Dijon City Council, they will take over the magnificent Salle des Gardes of the Hôtel de Vogüé for a grandiose show.
The Jacquemarts are a group of ten young Burgundians who are proud of their roots and who seek to promote and popularise French culture through theatre, while donating their profits to heritage restoration.
Last year, they performed Les Fourberies de Scapin in the courtyard of the Hôtel in front of over 400 spectators. Given this success, they are back this year with an even more ambitious programme and breathtaking costumes!
We think that this young troupe could be of interest to you, as much by its Burgundian roots as by its objectives and means. Talking about us is therefore a way of supporting our mission in the service of culture!
