With a passion for food and cooking from an early age, Michaël Felmann fulfilled his childhood dream by opening his restaurant. In a bucolic setting on the banks of the Burgundy Canal, the Chef takes his guests on a journey to the heart of the French terroir – Burgundy in particular – as well as to the Iberian Peninsula with specialities from Spain, Michaël Felmann’s favourite country.
