G.W. Sok (The Ex) & Dry Tongue Collective is the union of an emblematic figure of European underground punk and a collective of young musicians (students at CEFEDEM in Lyon) for a short-lived project of a few concerts between the Netherlands and France.
Guitar, machines, drums, bagpipes and cello mingle with G.W. SOK's lyrics in an intoxicating, percussive magma of sound.
L'ÉTRANGLEUSE - ROUGH FOLK | FRANCE
L'Étrangleuse are two girls and two boys who play an undefined form of minimalist rock and free song in four voices, amplifying the dialogue between a speckled maple pedal harp and a goatskin n'goni djéli, over the archaic grooves of a bass-drumset decked out in trinkets.
