Immerse yourself in the world of Les Aligoteurs for a convivial evening! From 6pm onwards, on the first floor of the Maison Millière, twelve passionate winegrowers will introduce you to their association, before showing you their wines made from the Aligoté grape variety. In a friendly atmosphere, let your curiosity guide you: stroll from table to table, taste at your own pace and talk directly to the winemakers to discover the secrets of their vintages. It's a unique experience for lovers of fine wines and great encounters!
Les Aligoteurs is an association working to promote and protect their favourite grape variety, Aligoté, in Burgundy. It currently comprises around sixty winegrowers. The idea is to promote top-quality Aligoté wines, produced by talented winegrowers who are committed to producing "distinctive, vibrant wines that can be laid down for a long time; to growing Aligoté in a way that respects the terroir and the living environment; to supporting the development of Aligoté so that it can be grown profitably and sustainably; and to contributing to the preservation of the Aligoté grape variety by supporting the conservatory".
