47ème rallye des vendanges (rando vélo)

The cycle touring section of the Chantalistes Sport et Culture association in Dijon invites you to take part in its 47th Rallye des Vendanges on Sunday 29 September 2024, which attracts between 400 and 700 cyclists every year.
Choose from five road circuits covering distances of between 43 and 153 km, five mountain bike circuits covering distances of between 20 and 60 km, or four gravel circuits covering distances of between 28 and 68 km.
All along the routes, you'll discover the plains and sometimes steep hillsides of the colourful vineyards that have given our department its name and reputation. You'll pass through villages with evocative names like Fixin, Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Aloxe-Corton, to name but a few.
Mountain bikers will cycle around the famous Lac Kir and then up the Cras and Corcelles plateaux to Mont-Afrique.
The welcome and refreshment points along the route will give you the opportunity to take a rest before continuing to the central meeting point at Comblanchien for the road riders, or Corcelles-les-Monts for the mountain bikers and gravel riders.
You're invited to come in your numbers. Meet at the club's headquarters, 26 avenue Gustave-Eiffel, Dijon, from 7.30am.
As every year, at the end of the ride you can relax and enjoy a plate of local cheeses accompanied by local wine, in a friendly atmosphere, seated in the club's courtyard. Prizes and challenges will be awarded at around 3.30pm after the results have been announced, and participants will then be invited to enjoy the traditional Kir.
