Atelier “2 tonnes”

The 2tonnes workshop invites participants to explore the future as a team and try to limit climate change by achieving 2tonnes CO2 eq of greenhouse gas emissions per person per year by 2050, in order to meet the commitments of the Paris Agreement.

During the workshop, you will gain a practical and entertaining understanding of what aiming for carbon neutrality in France by 2050 entails. Together with the group, you will be tasked with building a transition scenario to limit climate change to +1.5°C. To do this, you will live through the next 30 years in fast motion, and will have to choose individual AND collective actions at national level. After each choice, individual and national emissions will be updated, allowing you to see your transition scenario live.
