An instrumentalist and conductor, Amandine Beyer also likes to engage in more cross-disciplinary projects: her first collaboration with Boris Charmatz (and Anna Teresa de Keersmaeker!) dates back to 2013. In Dijon, the two artists will build the evening around two duets taken from pieces dating from the choreographer's youth: Herse and Con forts fleuve. How will the gap and even the tension between these two very contrasting compositions animate the meeting between four musicians and four dancers? To complete the programme, in addition to a musical part proposed by the Kitgut Quartet, Beyer and Charmatz will invent their own pas de deux: accompanied by the violinist, the choreographer will himself perform a world creation. Project shared with Le Dancing CDCN Dijon Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, as part of the Art Danse 2022 festival.
