Every Sunday during the summer, partner chefs orchestrate a brunch of delicious sweet and savoury dishes, to be eaten on the spot under Les Halles de Dijon.
The Halles de Dijon Brunch is a must, a unique Dijon experience that's not to be missed! It's an opportunity to sample local and regional produce, and also to discover the Halles, which has been converted to welcome brunch-goers in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with a real scenography, entertainment and musical performances by artists to enhance the event. Note that this year, the BHD will also be celebrating its 10th anniversary, and the Halles centrales de Dijon their 150th.
A special brunch, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Les Climats, is planned for Sunday 22 June. The Brunch des Climats will celebrate the climats of Burgundy, with an exhibition, workshops and tastings on the theme of vines and wine.
