In 1950s Paris, Jacques and Félicien run a frivolity shop: "Chez Bettina et Bettina".
A girl-chaser, charming and carefree, Jacques doesn't charge any of his pretty customers.
His friend and associate, Félicien, tries to repair his blunders.
They only owe their salvation to Jacques' rich godfather from America.
Between lies and deceit, the adventures and misunderstandings follow one another, until the unexpected denouement that will put all the protagonists in turmoil.
