The Société des Sciences Naturelles de Bourgogne and the Lycée Olivier de Serres are launching their "Dialogues du Vivant" lecture series on the theme: Mosses and lichens - several approaches... It will take place on Wednesday 30 March 2022 at 6pm in the amphitheatre of the Lycée Olivier de Serres (21 Bd Olivier de Serres, 21800 Quetigny).
But it all starts with a field trip at 1.30pm with the speakers to the Val-Suzon RNR to visit a beautiful lichen and moss station. At 5.30pm, the meeting will take place in the hall of the lycée's amphitheatre. There will be a book stall, with Bourgogne-Franche-Comté-Nature in particular, and an exhibition created by secondary school pupils involved in the project. The evening will begin with a short film created by the students to introduce the three lectures:
- Véronique BRINDEAU (Writer, author of "Louange des mousses")
- Olivier BARDET (Botanist, Conservatoire Botanique National du Bassin Parisien)
- Vincent ZONCA (Writer, author of "LICHENS, Pour une résistance minimale").
This will be followed by a time for exchanges between a scientific approach and more surprising approaches (cultural, artistic, philosophical or historical) with a common denominator: a passion for nature. The evening will end with a friendly drink (subject to health conditions).
Admission free, booking required.
