As part of its environmental policy, the Côte-d'Or Department is offering free two-hour workshops to try out and discuss zero waste.

A new theme will be tackled each month in a series of workshops across the Côte-d'Or, so there's bound to be one near you!

March: How to make a success of your compost
With the return of spring, it's time to (re)start composting!
Come and discover the recipe for successful composting, learn how to harvest your compost and how to use it in the garden.

April: My zero waste kitchen
How do you cook tasty meals quickly and on a budget? This workshop will introduce you to plant-based proteins, which are cheaper and full of surprises. You'll learn tips on how to cook better while using less energy, and how to do a lot with a little!
