Femmes d'argile et vertige des couleurs" exhibition
Eliane Martinand is exhibiting her unique "Femmes d'argile", sculptures in terracotta. The pellets of clay, kneaded and pressed, structure the material and recreate volumes.
The artist sculpts, models and tries to free the shapes from their clay base, to give life to the clay.
"Vertige des couleurs", a bit of acrobatics in the square, acrobatics in the drawing and oil painting at the tip of the brush.

The challenge is to set things in motion, to make the merry-go-round twirl or the Eiffel Tower sway.
Exhibition open from 20 November to 1 December 2024.
