La Maison

Because children know how to invent imaginary friends, they can understand perfectly well that dance can create sets without having to build them. La Maison, a duet choreographed by Hervé Chaussard, has this magical dimension. The story is an everyday one: we share a day in the life of two dancers, at home.

Watching them dance in this intangible world, we think that if they had a cat, it might be Alice in Wonderland. With this mischievous show, the choreographer-magician appeals directly to the child's imagination. You don't need to see it to believe it; for the duration of the performance, the dance proves that the world exists in the writing of movement.

With La Maison, The Will Corporation presents an interactive show/game in which chance has a say: six parts make up the imaginary pieces of this performance, and only the audience has the key, materialised in the form of a playing dice...
