Celebrate Valentine's Day with a menu specially created for the occasion by chef Florent Colombo.
Let yourself be tempted by an authentic culinary experience: three gourmet starters, a tasty tuna tataki, and a supreme of free-range poultry with porcini mushrooms and vin jaune.
To accompany your meal, a Kir champenois will be served as an aperitif, along with a ½ bottle of Saint-Amour for two. The finishing touch? A sweet and indulgent dessert from our Head Pastry Chef, Pierre-Emmanuel Josselin.
After your dinner, we invite you to enjoy a complimentary cocktail at the Bar Expérientiel, just a few steps from the restaurant.
