Le Brunch des Halles de Dijon

The city of Dijon is organising the 8th edition of the Brunch des Halles de Dijon, every Sunday from 18 June to 17 September 2023, from 10.30am to 2.30pm, with the collaboration and complicity of partner chefs and restaurants: a total of 14 Sundays.

The Halles will be fitted out to welcome bruncheurs in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with scenography, entertainment and musical performances by artists to enhance the event.

Les Halles will be able to accommodate up to 400 guests each Sunday, at a cost of €27 for adults and €13 for children aged 5 to 12.

Customers will be invited to enjoy their brunch at Les Halles, and will be greeted by music to give the event a festive flavour.
The motto is simple: Brunch at Les Halles is an event open to everyone, children and adults of all ages, Dijon residents, tourists, etc.

Genesis of the event

Les Halles centrales is a showcase for Burgundy's terroir, helping to make Dijon a gastronomic capital not to be missed. They are part of the drive to boost the city's appeal, alongside the launch of the Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin, the inclusion of Dijon's protected area within the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Climats du Vignoble de Bourgogne and the classification of the city centre as a Tourist Zone.

Dijon is establishing itself as a tourist destination, and to encourage this development, the city's offer needs to be expanded to increase its appeal. The liveliness of the city centre and a diversified retail offering compatible with new consumer practices will help to achieve this objective.
The 2023 season: The continuation of the Brunch under Les Halles bears witness to the town council's determination to make Les Halles gourmandes a destination with a confirmed impact beyond the metropolis.
