Apéro'dégustation in the garden
Enjoy a summer evening in a garden nestled in a courtyard in Dijon, to discover the secrets of the great wines of Burgundy and to learn how to taste them. A fun and sensory experience whether you are an amateur or a connoisseur, comfortably installed in the garden in a friendly atmosphere!
Sandrine Lanaud, your personal coach, "Terroir and wine" expert and professional taster will share with you her passion and the secrets of Burgundy!
The workshop will take place in the Lady's garden in Dijon - historic centre
Content can be adapted according to the participants:
1-Discover and understand the diversity of Burgundy wines: history, grape varieties, hierarchy of crus, role of the winemaker
2. Learn about :
- Sensory tasting to highlight the qualities of terroir wines and to differentiate the wines tasted: Tasting of 4 wines from the "Burgundy" appellation to the "village".
- Food and wine pairing
Exclusive DUO coaching formula for 2 people: 55€ /participant
Formula for 4 to 8 participants: 40€/participant
