Les victoires de la musique classique 2023

The 30th Victoires de la Musique Classique ceremony will take place on Wednesday 1st March 2023 at the Dijon Opera with the Dijon Bourgogne Orchestra conducted by Debora Waldman. Broadcast live from the Dijon Auditorium on France 3 and France Musique.

In competition, young revelations and real stars such as Nemanja Radulovic, Bertrand Chamayou, or Barbara Hannigan. In the second part, a Best of will review the best moments in the history of these ceremonies.

Stéphane Bern will present the evening of the awards ceremony, with performances by the competing musicians and guest artists. Behind the scenes, journalist Clément Rochefort will gather the artists' reactions in his "Bar de France Musique" in a more informal tone. Like last year, an opening number devoted to dance is entrusted to Mehdi Kerkouche, a choreographer with a hip-hop background but with a strong classical music background.

Musically, the evening is conceived with the Dijon Bourgogne Orchestra conducted for the occasion by Debora Waldman. This brilliant Brazilian conductor, raised in Israel, is the musical director of the Orchestre national d'Avignon-Provence until 2026, making her the first woman to head a permanent French national orchestra.
