A gustatory journey in the company of Pinot Noir, the noble grape variety par excellence! This introductory tasting of 4 wines will take you from the Village appellation to the Grand Cru, and will shed light on the unique history of the Climats parcels.
The tasting is commented on and explained, guiding tasters on how to taste a wine, what links it to a place, a parcel of land, and what links it to a singular history: that of the Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne - World Heritage Site.
