The crayfish of Burgundy-Franche-Comté are little known, yet fascinating and at the heart of important conservation issues. Over the last 20 years, more than 500 observers in the region have studied them! The objective? To take stock and raise awareness of the threats to native crayfish, particularly the white-clawed crayfish, the emblematic species of the region's waterways.
