La Scène Fontainoise, in partnership with the town of Fontaine-lès-Dijon, invites you to 3 days of madness on 4-5-6 April 2025 "From classical to the unexpected" at the CAPJ - 8 concerts: international soloists, concertos, symphonies - hip hop, piano-jazz, flamenco - sacred music...
We wanted to make our Folies de printemps a little crazier than usual. Throughout the festival, you'll discover the great classical concertos for orchestra (Mozart piano concerto No. 23, Beethoven piano concerto No. 3, Schumann cello concerto), the great symphonies (Prokoviev classical symphony, Beethoven pastoral symphony, Mozart Jupiter symphony) and sacred music with the Mass by Otto Nicolai.
But there are also some 'unexpected' novelties: dance with Sept hip hop Klassic - 'Hispanic variations' piano-flamenco - piano-jazz.
Extraordinary artists: pianists Gaspard Dehaene, Clara Adam, Franck Avitabile, Frédéric Lagarde, Eve-Melody Salom - cellist Marc Coppey - dancer Karine Herrou Gonzalez - trio Noctua.
Two great orchestras: the Orchestre Dijon Bourgogne, conducted by Joseph Bastian, the Ensemble Orchestral de Dijon and the choristers of A Cœur Joie conducted by Flavien Boy.
This festival promises a rich and varied musical experience, brilliantly blending the great classical repertoire, sacred music and bold artistic proposals. With talented performers and prestigious ensembles, it's sure to delight music lovers and surprise the curious in search of new discoveries. It's an invitation to enjoy and share music in all its forms.
