From 31 March to 2 April, the Aux Vignobles! trade fair is stopping off in Dijon, where it is once again opening up to the world of gastronomic and wine-making crafts. For this 10th edition of the event, 60 craftsmen and producers from all over France will meet up with gourmets, gourmets and the simply curious.
Each region is constantly developing products of character, resulting from unique know-how that each exhibitor will defend with passion. Their cleverly arranged stands promise to offer a multitude of delicacies with original and varied flavours (chocolates or teas, charcuterie or cheeses, organic, artisanal or appellation of origin wines).
The direct sale of products at the show will offer visitors the benefit of sound advice and a range of "direct producer" prices to suit all budgets.
