This year, Show les papilles! returns to the Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin! It's the perfect place to celebrate gastronomy, right on the doorstep of the historic city centre and the Route des Grands Crus.
The Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV), a government label recognising the excellence of artisanal and industrial know-how, have taste to spare, so much so that they've been given the label for the first time.
so much so that they are the very embodiment of a range of local specialities known and recognised the world over. Mulot & Petitjean gingerbread, Dijon blackcurrant makers Lejay Lagoute, Boudier et Briottet, Vedrenne, Fallot mustard, La Maison Dufoux, Goyon-Chazeau cutlery and Flavigny aniseed...
Many of them will be on hand to offer you free tastings and demonstrations of their expertise, in good 'food' and in good 'bone'.
Once again this year, Dijon Métropole, the chefs and the Living Heritage Companies will be pulling out all the stops to bring you
to offer you a gourmet, creative, festive and musical evening to share.
There'll be a whole host of novelties, games, music, dance, live entertainment and lots of activities for young and old alike!
Free admission and tastings from 3pm to 10pm.
Food and drinks stalls and food trucks until 11pm.
