Why this company?

Created in 2021 by Marie-Juliane MARQUES, "Incasables" seeks out the back roads, where there is no backstage to hide from the public. We're looking for theatrical tools that break away from conventional "moulds", that give us the freedom to create and to speak to today's world in the here and now. Theatre without the 4th wall, for all audiences.

Preferred subjects

Ordinary heroism, the singularity of the living and its paradoxical complexity, the poetry of everyday life with its share of tragic simplicity. The idea of our theatre is to shed light on our own lives, our perils, our troubles, our doubts, our fragile intimacies that are often universal, to gently awaken our consciences. How do we realise ourselves? How do we find ourselves? How do we find ourselves?
