In collaboration with Atout France, the Village Gastronomique and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Tourisme invite you to the heart of the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin in Dijon to celebrate a Fantastic Picnic in an Olympic and Gourmet atmosphere!
On the programme for this gourmet day:
Culinary demonstration by Chef Florent Colombo from the Village Gastronomique from 11am to 12 noon and an ephemeral cocktail bar where you can choose the drink to go with your picnic!
Enjoy a picnic prepared by the Chef in the heart of the Cité from 12 noon! You can sit down in the alleys of the Gastronomic Village or in the dining room of the Experimental Kitchen to enjoy your Picnic.
On the menu:
Starter: Village smoked trout club, broccoli guacamole, sucrine
Main course: Wrap of poultry pastrami like a Caesar salad and Vitelotte crisps
Cheese: Delin's Burgundy Regal with cranberries
Dessert: Travelling cake, chestnut/cassis crisp

Wooden games: over thirty wooden games will be on offer by Bête à Bois, a company based in the Jura mountains.
2 smoothie bikes are waiting for you to pedal gently but for a good cause: a good thirst-quenching fresh fruit smoothie!
