Burgundy's last great family mustard factory, Edmond FALLOT, founded in 1840, has managed to maintain the know-how of its mustard-makers.
Make an appointment with our mustard-maker, who will reveal all the secrets of making this famous mustard and invite you to make it yourself.
The workshops will be held temporarily at the Cité de la Gastronomie et du Vin in Dijon, as part of the exhibition 'Et si on allait au resto! Enjoy an immersive experience in a highly successful scenography, highlighting the gastronomic meals of the French.
At the end of the workshop, you'll go home with your own homemade mustard, and you're invited to visit the Fallot boutique (8, rue de la Chouette - Dijon) to present your voucher and pick up a gift.
