Ateliers culinaires chez Salt & Pepper

If you love Burgundy and mustard, this workshop is for you!
This summer, we're bringing you Salt & Pepper's new format for combining Dijon's expertise in gastronomy and mustard.
During this workshop, we'll be honouring the emblematic Dijon house: Edmond Fallot, with three exceptional aperitif bites devised by chef Johan!
Come and develop your culinary skills at Salt & Pepper! During this workshop, Chef Johan and Fallot will show you how to :

- Discover the history of mustard and how Fallot makes it
- Discover the different techniques for perfectly combining this condiment
- Discover the chef's techniques for cooking and preparing food

To put this into practice, you can prepare the following three dishes:

- Piece 1: Parmesan shortbread topped with smoked trout and seaweed condiment
- Piece 2 : Mini tartlet with walnut cream, walnut mustard and dried duck breast
- Piece 3 : Courgette, tomato and oregano tartare, seasoned with Espelette chilli mustard
