Carrousel du Bareuzai

The Carrousel is located on the Place François Rude, near the fountain where the statue entitled "Le Bareuzai" is enthroned. It has been illuminating the beautiful city of Dijon since 1978.

We can't count the number of heads it has turned, or the first thrills children have had. Whole families over several generations have turned to the sound of barrel organs.

The Carrousel du Bareuzai is a must-see venue and a veritable living museum. One can't do without the other: the fountain adds its charm to the Carrousel and the Carrousel embellishes the square.

Today, Christelle, Robert and Monique's daughter, has taken over from her parents in 2019.
A sentimental person who learned the trade from her parents when she was a child, Christelle is carrying on the family tradition.
Accompanied by her husband Joël Perrier and her two children, Randy and Carla, who represent the 7th generation, the family continues to turn heads and see generations of loyal Burgundian customers grow up.
