You'll enjoy a unique experience in the world of truffles in the Côte d'Or, with a truffle-digging demonstration followed by a gourmet "all-truffle" lunch.

Sample menu, which may vary according to the season:

Aperitif: Tapenade toast, truffle sausage and glass of ratatruffe.

Starter: Rabbit terrine, parsley ham and poultry rillettes with Burgundy truffles, served with a green salad and slices of fresh truffles.

Hot dish: Mashed potatoes with truffle butter and chicken fillet with Burgundy truffle sauce.

Cheese: Small goat's cheese corks topped with truffled honey and fresh cheese mixed with Burgundy truffles.

Dessert: Chocolate fondant with truffle chantilly.
