You'll enjoy a unique experience in the world of truffles in the Côte d'Or, with a demonstration of truffle digging followed by a tasting of "all-truffle" toast.

The service includes
- a presentation of the world of truffles by Nicolas followed by a demonstration of truffle hunting in our park with Taïga
- Various toasts depending on the season, but always with truffles: a small glass of ratatruffe, sausage with Burgundy truffles, a toast of rabbit or guinea fowl terrine, a toast of poultry rillettes, ham with parsley, a toast of fromage frais and Burgundy truffles, a cork of goat's cheese topped with truffle honey, Italian tapenade with summer truffles on a toast and, to finish, a small cabbage topped with truffle ice cream. (According to season, non-contractual example, always with truffle specialities)
