Opened in May 2010, the Dijon Métropole Olympic Pool was designed to meet the expectations of the general public in terms of sport, leisure and well-being, while emphasising renewable energy and respect for the environment.
It is a Dijon Metropole facility, run and managed by the UCPA (Union nationale des Centres sportifs de Plein Air) and is open to the general public, particularly thanks to its wide opening hours. School groups, sports clubs, cultural associations and companies benefit from special arrangements.
Accessibility for people with disabilities has been taken into account from the moment they arrive at the car park to when they swim in the pools (shower chairs, gently sloping foot baths, ramps for access to the pools, wheelchairs for getting into the water, etc.).
The Dijon Metropole Olympic Swimming Pool meets a strong environmental project by respecting the High Environmental Quality standards.
