Masterclass ‘’Understand Burgundy wines with a sommelier’’
In a vaulted cellar dating back to the 1850s, in the heart of Dijon, you will understand the secrets of this mythical region while tasting 6 wines paired with cheese and charcuteries (let us know if you have any dietary requirements). You will learn how to taste a wine like a pro in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
From Monday to Sunday, 11am and 4pm starting time, upon appointment and availability only (between 2 people and 12 people maximum).

- Born and raised in Dijon
- Wine advisor in Seville Spain in 2014
- Graduated from the prestigious Beaune wine school in 2015
- Graduated the London Wine and Spirit Education Trust in 2016 – Level 3
- Sommelier at the hotel Les Deux Chèvres in Gevrey-Chambertin from 2015 to 2018
- Sommelier and importer for The Grape Variety in London from 2018 to 2022
- WSET DIPLOMA in 2023
Pauine Dumont
- Born in the Jura region and raised near Beaune
- Graduated from a Masters in Foreign Languages Applied to Commerce and Business in Dijon in 2015
- 7 years' experience in the industry
- Direct Sales and Wine Tourism Manager at Domaine Chanson in Beaune from 2017 to 2024
- Graduated from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level 3 in 2024 Ecole Vivant in Pommard
- Can do tastings in German on request
