A true island of nature on the edge of the city, this park was developed between 1976 and 1980. Site with an area of 15 hectares, converted into an ecological park.
The park takes its name from the Combe Saint-Joseph, in geology a combe is a valley of medium altitude, very little sunny, snow-covered for a long time and whose flora is that of the high mountains, which descends to the slopes of the city. An educational course will allow you to learn about the fauna and flora. You will also find numerous information panels allowing you to identify the main species of trees and flowers.
At the top of the Saint-Joseph valley, you will find the start of a hiking trail, the Bartier trail, 51km long linking Dijon to Nuits-Saint-Georges via the wine coast.
Lovers of peace and nature will be delighted by the Parc de la Combe Saint-Joseph.
