Everything is homemade with passion and good humour!
Our dough is made with natural sourdough and extra-virgin oil, and ferments for 48 hours, giving it an incomparable lightness and crispness. There's something for everyone at our workshop, from meat-lovers to vegetarians, not forgetting vegans - there's something for everyone.
