Perched on the rooftop of the Cuisine, the Experimental Bar offers a unique cocktail-tasting experience in a completely open space. Watch the mixologists, veritable artists of the drink, prepare their creations before your very eyes, using fresh fruit, citrus fruit and a variety of spices, and enjoy planks, available for continuous service throughout the evening.
