The Pré aux Clercs menu highlights the traditional, à la Georges Blanc approach to cuisine: Bresse chicken, frogs’ legs en persillade, Poached eggs en meurette, Veal cheeks chablisienne… each one just as evocative to the taste buds of the grown-up children we are, as the Madeleine was to Marcel Proust. Excellent wine list.
