O P’tit Repère du Goût

A passionate cook from an early age, Michaël FELMANN realised his childhood dream by opening his own restaurant more than 10 years ago, to share his cuisine with the public. The chef decided to set up in a bucolic setting on the banks of the Burgundy canal. After more than 20 years, during which he had the opportunity to put his creativity at the service of the Prefect of the Côte-d'Or and various international political figures, it is now for his customers that he imagines honest, high-quality cuisine every day.

The Chef invites you to travel to the heart of the French terroir - Burgundy in particular - but also to the Iberian Peninsula through Spanish specialities, Michaël FELMANN's favourite country. Throughout the menu, you'll discover flavours representing each of the moments in the Chef's life that he'd like to share with you today.
