Welcome to our delicatessen, located in the historic three-gabled house, for a unique experience based around our two gastronomic treasures: Burgundy snails and seasonal truffles.
We offer fresh truffles by weight, with advice on how to use them, how to store them and cooking tips. You can also explore our selection of regional truffle products to prepare original aperitifs and dishes.
When it comes to snails, we mainly offer Burgundy snails from the Bourgogne Escargots company, which has been established in Chevigny Saint Sauveur for decades. Choose from a range of sizes and discover our aperitif products in the form of crisps and mini-puff pastries, an original way to enjoy our snails with friends. You'll also find snails from the Fenay farm, just outside Dijon.
Gourmets can enjoy a plate of snails or truffle products with a glass of wine.
