Located at the heart of the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin in Dijon, Le Manège à Moutardes celebrates the region's flagship condiment: mustard! A fun and creative bar, Le Manège features a unique concept with an automaton that can create personalised mustard jars for visitors. Here, visitors can sample a variety of mustards (around a hundred) from different regions, as they explore the fascinating history of the mustard seed which has acquired cult status (and a Protected Geographical Indication) in Burgundy.
