Pierre Hubert is a pastry chef and chocolatier based in Dijon for 10 years. His creativity and use of fresh and seasonal produce have allowed him to conquer the palettes of Dijon’s locals. His gourmet chocolates and pastries are available in the Toison d’Or shopping centre, in the city centre, as well as in the Cap Nord area.
