Dijon's heritage library is offering a guided tour on the theme of viticulture and wine:
A rare opportunity to encounter a Citeaux manuscript, Lavalle's famous 1855 wine map and many other archival treasures telling the incredible story of the vineyards and the Climats.
For the pleasure of your eyes and taste buds, come and piece together the puzzle of Burgundy's climats through the documents in the library. Maps, iconography, old books and menus tell the story of the history and development of this exceptional coastal region.
