In December, as the delicious aromas of gingerbread and mulled wine fill the city's Christmas market, Dijon Bourgogne Tourisme et Congrès is adding a very unusual tasting experience to its list of end-of-year delights: Christmas beer!
In collaboration with a family-run micro-brewery located right in the city centre, on the edge of the Cité de la Gastronomie et du Vin, come and discover a service combining brewing techniques, a sensory trail to help you discover the raw materials of beer, and a tasting in the vat! The service ends with an explanation of the beer/cheese pairings of our beautiful Burgundy region.
