The Fallot mustard shop invites you to discover its Boutique Atelier on rue de la Chouette in Dijon! A unique shop where you can taste mustards made by ancestral processing (a slow crush of seeds on a millstone). On certain days you can watch the manufacture of our mustard from seeds cultivated in Burgundy and enhanced with wine of Meursault!
