A charity event for everyone, with four routes so that everyone can take part to the best of their ability.

It's also an opportunity to support the work of the France Alzheimer Côte d'Or association, which helps people affected by the disease by providing a listening platform, activities for sufferers and their families, and raising public awareness,

An afternoon of fun and entertainment around Lac Kir.
Alongside the routes, there will be entertainment in the "Village".

Located by the Lac Kir lock, this meeting place is close to a car park, making it easier to get around and find your bearings.

A FA21 information stand (information and awareness-raising on Alzheimer's disease and related disorders).
An "adapted sport" stand, with literature on the benefits of physical activity and, at the same time, a "balance and throwing" course and a "getting up from a fall" workshop.
A Musical Bistro, organised by the Ici & Ailleurs association to highlight the beneficial effect of music on memory and cognitive functions.
Lots of musical entertainment, health ping and handi-pétanque stands.
