Eating well is also a science... During the winter holidays, the Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin is offering fun workshops for children. From 6 to 20 February, they can try out some surprising culinary experiments, while learning tips for a healthy and varied diet. How does the food in the recipe change when you cook? Where do milk and chocolate come from? What can you make with legumes?
