Ferme Fruirouge – Isabelle et Sylvain OLIVIER

Located in the heart of nature, on the plateau of the Hautes-Côtes de Bourgogne, above the Château du Clos de Vougeot, near the Romanée Conti vineyard, the Fruirouge© farm is in Concœur, a hamlet of Nuits-Saint-Georges, on the church square. The farm grows organically grown red berries, which are processed and marketed at the farm into fruit jams and butters, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (including the famous Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne IGP Bio), and condiments (vinegars, mustard and blackcurrant ketchup), not forgetting the famous blackcurrant fruit pastes.
Through the history of our family, the Olivier, farmers for four generations, discover the richness of the rural heritage of our region. Reception: tasting and sale. Possibility of visits (in several languages including French Sign Language).
Recognised as a quality producer-cum-artisan by the Collège Culinaire de France, member of Bienvenue à la ferme, Bio Bourgogne and France Passion (motorhome reception). Ambassador of the "Climats de Bourgogne".
