Musée national Magnin

All the charm of a private collection, exhibited in the beautiful 17th century Lantin Hotel, the family home of Jeanne and her brother Maurice Magnin, enlightened art lovers. The combination of paintings offering a vast panorama of foreign schools (Flanders, Holland, Italy, Great Britain...) and French schools from the 16th to the 19th century, sculptures, furniture and objets d'art, enhances the intimate character of this very special museum created in 1938, which became a national museum in 1947.

Free for under-26s who are citizens or long-term residents of an EU member state, teachers and lecturers with an "education pass", jobseekers, disabled people with an accompanying person, members of the Société des Amis des musées de Dijon and Friends of the Louvre, for holders of a professional card (ICOM, Ministry of Culture, journalists, etc.) and for all visitors on the first Sunday of each month.
