A specialist in kuchipudi and a sublime interpreter of Pina Bausch, Shantala Shivalingappa plays Shiva, the god of dance and death. In a permanent dialogue with Loïc Schild's live music, the dancer deploys phenomenal energy in the face of the unleashing of a stage that is made and unmade, revealing a vast paper canvas animated by visual and sonic vibrations. Impressive, terribly magnetic, this show leaves us amazed by so much enchantment. Project shared with the Association Bourguignonne Culturelle (A.B.C.), as part of the Festival Nuits d'Orient.
