Created in 2019 by violinist Clément Janinet with Élodie Pasquier (clarinets) and Bruno Ducret (cello), La Litanie des Cimes entrusts chamber jazz with its imaginary landscapes. It rises and addresses the tops of trees, mountains and other mounds of natural resources, but is rooted in a seething interiority. The trio plays on the dialogue of harmonies, the improvisation shaken by a fiery energy.
