If you love local cuisine, market atmosphere and experiential activities, our workshop is for you!
Our chef, trained by the best, will welcome you in her kitchen before guiding you under the covered market of Dijon. Under this historic site, inspired by Dijon's Gustave Eiffel, you will meet local producers. After filling your basket with 'circuit court' products, you will continue the shopping experience at the city's emblematic food shops.
It will then be time to put on your apron for a cooking workshop where you will make gougères, our famous "oeufs en meurette" and chouquettes, while tasting the tasty products of the market.
The experience will continue in the recently renovated Cave du Palais, where you will taste the specialities you have made. Three Burgundy wines will be offered for tasting to accompany your meal.
